  • Casting Time: 1 action
  • Range: 30 feet
  • Components: V S M (A drop of blood)
  • Duration: Concentration, Up to 1 minute
  • ClassesBard, Cleric
  • Up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within range must make Charisma saving throws. Whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.
  • At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.

Bane 5e is a concentration spell at a level first which is available for the classes named Bards and Clerics in the 5th edition of the D&D role-playing game. It allows you to select up to 3 creatures under the range of 30 feet to make a charisma saving throw. If you missed the target  saving throw made by a creature then they have to face an attack roll. At this time your selected target must have to roll a D4 and it has to subtracted from the attack roll or saving throw.

If you go at its higher level then it requires you to target one additional creature on the top of the original three creatures in this spell.
